Topic: Leading Spiritual Renewal in Your Association
  • Description: Best practices will be shared and discussed concerning leading associations in spiritual renewal.

Topic: Discovering and Ministering with People Groups in Your Association
  • Description: Learn how to discover unchurched people groups from different cultures, languages and customs, focusing on ways to connect with these various focus groups for ministry impact.

Topic: Strategic Focused Leadership (limited to 40 participants)
  • Description: Creating a cleasr view of the destination for the association; helping others understand how and why things will be different when the destination is achieved, building commitment and inspiring action toward the destination.

Topic: Assisting Churches in Developing a Simple Disciple Making Process
  • Description: Presentation of a new disciple-making process that focuses on believers becoming missional with a focus on implementation ideas for associations.

Topic: Critical Issues Facing the Association that will Shape the Future
  • Description: Discussion of critical issues facing associations that were voiced at the National Convocation on Associations at Ridgecrest, NC, 2009. Focus will be on possible approaches that need to be considered in shaping the future work of associations.

  • Session B: Leading your Churches to Become Virtual Missionaries - Description: Discover how your churches can become virtual missionaries for Unreached People Groups

Topic: Resources for Assisting Associations in Strengthening Churches
  • Description: Presentation of resources available for assisting church leaders in making disciples and strengthening churches.
